Any pallets/divider boards that do not belong to Consol Glass and have another company’s logo on them for e.g.; Chep, NWPG, MBG.
- When is a pallet scrapped?
- If one or all 3 bearers are cracked or broken usually by forklifts and can no longer support glass.
- When a pallet has been contaminated with oil or product used in your manufacturing process; excessive exposure to the elements resulting in rotting of the pallet.
- Can pallets and divider boards be repaired?

- When are divider boards scrapped?
- Damage to the sides and edges
- Cracks or breakages
- Contamination, i.e. water, oil, dirt, chemicals, etc.
- How do I take care for my packaging material?
- Store under cover where possible.
- Divider boards must be stacked with straight edges and secured to a pallet.
- Do not walk or drive over divider boards.
- Remove all foreign pallets and divider boards before returning for credit.
- Forklifts damage pallets and divider boards, handling must be done with care!
