Mouth-watering Bloody Mary

Spring’s around the corner, and we can’t wait for long afternoons around the pool sipping on delicious cocktails, like the famous Bloody Mary. Use our 1L Consol Innovations Jug and stemless wine glasses to make and serve this go-to drink.  Of course, glass keeps this classic cocktail colder for longer. Even better, this recipe features Colman’s Worcestershire sauce, which is now available in Consol glass, so its delicious flavour is fresher and tastier than ever. Your Bloody Marys will be a hit this summer!

Materials Needed

Amount Material
1 cup Vodka, chilled
2 ½ cups Tomato juice, chilled (fresh, not tinned)
- The juice of 6 limes, plus an extra wedge
1 tbsp Celery salt (plus extra for serving)
3 tbsp Fresh horseradish, grated (you can replace with prepared horseradish)
2 tbsp Tabasco® (in a glass bottle, of course)
1 tbsp Colman’s Worcestershire sauce in the new glass bottle
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Ice
- Celery stalks, for serving

  1. Rub the lime wedge along the rim of 4 glasses. Dip the rims into the extra celery salt until fully coated.
  2. Combine the lime juice, celery salt and horseradish in the jug. Use the end of a wooden spoon to muddle the mixture and blend.
  3. Pour in the chilled, fresh tomato juice, Tabasco® and Colman’s Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir everything to combine.
  5. Add ice to your glasses, and then divide the vodka among the glasses.
  6. Fill with the Bloody Mary mix and stir.
  7. Garnish with celery sticks.
