1/4 | Tsp Tumeric |
1/2 | Cup pineappl |
1/2 | Cup seasonal berries (or frozen berries for a colder smoothie) |
20 | drops echinacea tincture |
1 | tbsp coconut oil |
1 | Tahini paste |
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
- Store in a 500ml Consol Grip & Go in the fridge
Best Consumed within a few hours of preparing it.
